Ball joints are particularly suitable when it is difficult to mount the gas spring in a perfect straight line between both pivots. A ball joint prevents the piston rod from being overloaded on the guide and seal. This increases the life span of the gas spring.
Eyelets ensures that we can guarantee the correct total length with a standard gas spring. The gas springs are equipped with a metric thread. We supply eyelets in many different sizes and in various types. We are happy to help you find the correct type of eyelets for your gas spring.
Do you have a gas spring in which the end fittings has to deal with high forces? Then a clevis is a suitable solution. Clevises can withstand heavy forces in push and pull direction. It is important to mount the gas spring in a straight line between the fixing points.
