Ball joints
Ball joints are especially suitable when it is difficult to mount the gas spring in a straight line between the two pivot points. A ball joint prevents an excessive load from the piston rod being placed on the guide piece. This promotes the service life of the gas spring.
Eyelets with threads
Eyelets allow us to ensure the correct overall size with a standard gas spring. This gas spring is equipped with a thread. We supply eyes in many different sizes and in various types. We are happy to help you get the right type of eye for your gas spring.
Clevis
Do you have a gas spring in which the connection part has to deal with high pressures and/or loads? Then a clevis is a suitable solution. Clevises can handle heavy impact and tensile forces. It is important to keep in mind during assembly that you mount your gas spring in a straight line between the mounting points.
Rod ends
Looking for an end fittings that you can use in a construction where a combined axial and radial load can occur on the connecting parts? Choose a rod head. Our rod heads feature low frictional resistance and require no maintenance after installation.
brackets
Is it not possible to mount the gas spring, equipped with your connection parts, directly in your application? Then our brackets are often a good solution. We have these in stock in galvanized steel and stainless steel 316 in a number of standard versions. Of course, we also produce customer-specific brackets.

Looking for a specific end fitting? No problem. We are happy to develop this for you on a custom basis. In fact, at Brimotech we have our own engineering and production capacity in Italy. So we can provide you with any end fitting you need for your gas spring. Whether it is a different rod head or a ball joint. We are happy to produce the perfect end fitting for you.
